Who we are

PocketFresh is a trading name of AIO Labs Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17152625). When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean AIO Labs Limited. You can reach us at hello@pocketfre.sh.

These terms apply when you buy from pocketfre.sh. Buying from us means you accept them. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.

Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if we can’t verify payment, the price was obviously listed in error, or the delivery address is outside the UK — and if we do, we’ll refund anything you’ve paid in full.

The product

PocketFresh wipes are a cosmetic freshening product for external use on skin. They are not a medicine and don’t treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Stop using them if your skin becomes irritated, and keep them out of reach of small children. Bin used wipes — don’t flush them.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Your bank statement will show “AIO Labs Limited”.

Delivery

We deliver within the UK only, with free shipping. Orders are dispatched the next working day and sent in plain, letterbox-friendly packaging with nothing on the outside that says what it is. Delivery estimates aren’t guaranteed; if your order hasn’t arrived within ten working days of dispatch, tell us and we’ll put it right with a replacement or a refund.

Changing your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order up to 14 days after you receive it, for any reason. For hygiene reasons this statutory right covers unopened sachets only. To cancel, email us within that window and return the unopened goods within 14 days of telling us; we’ll refund you within 14 days of getting them back.

Our 60-day guarantee

We go further than the law asks. Use the whole pack, and if PocketFresh isn’t for you, tell us within 60 days of delivery and we’ll refund your order in full — no questions, and nothing to send back. The guarantee covers one order per customer and doesn’t stack with a statutory cancellation refund for the same order.

Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If something we send you is faulty or not as described, we’ll replace it or refund you — delivery costs included.

Our liability

We’re responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence, and nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law says can’t be limited. We’re not liable for business losses — we sell to consumers.

General

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes can be brought in the courts of England and Wales (or your local courts if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland).
